Hi, my name is Lemuel Tay. I was a chef in the Singapore Navy cooking up a storm for the navy guys on board my vessel. I also joined my brave comrades in fighting pirates in the Gulf of Aden for a period of 4 months.
My passion has been designing and making mouth watering pastries. After completing my tour of duty in the Navy, I started a small start-up cafe in the heartland area of Simpang Bedok. My mission is to serve and deliver unpretentious food to our customers and providing quality products. I always believe that good food doesn't have to be expensive and that everyone should enjoy their slice of heaven without the extra costs. There's always room for D'Zerts!
