An Umami Paradise
Established in 2013, Morsels is founded and run by Chef-Owner Petrina Loh. We have since moved to 25 Dempsey Road, our restaurant partially tucked away in the green oasis of Dempsey Hill.
Our 40-seater restaurant showcases creative fusion dishes that defy boundaries. Chef Petrina, a proud California Culinary Academy graduate of Le Cordon Bleu program, takes patrons to an extraordinary food adventure. Using natural flavors and playful textures in her creations, one can expect a sensational umami experience. Our team of experienced staff excels in serving fresh seafood, perfectly cooked meat, and outstanding presentations.
The gourmet escapade doesn't end there, guests are also treated to an extensive list of wines to complement their meals. Craft beers, sake, and signature cocktail concoctions are also included in their diverse drinks menu.
Surrounded by the lush greenery of iconic dining destination, Dempsey Hill, Morsels is an inviting 1000-square-foot rustic barnyard-style restaurant. Employing a simple color palette and incorporating it with natural materials and personal accents, we aim to set a relaxed, cozy ambience. A four-seater by-reservation-only Chef’s Table is an added bonus for those who are interested in a more intimate experience.
We have hanging plants and tableside flowers that adds color and vibrance to our charming abode. Not only that but by renovating, repurposing and repainting walls and wooden furniture, we want to share and give you a rustic experience that matches our food.
We aim to give you an unforgettable culinary experience at the comfort of your ‘home’ that is an excellent choice for a romantic dinner, casual lunch or even an exclusive event.
In the event of cancellation, please inform us 2 weeks in advance, for full refund.
I was wondering what Morsels could offer by how it looks from outside. When first stepped into Morsels, the place really gave different atmosphere, just like the old Singapore era. And the food that they serve is also cautiously served, satisfying all appetite of me and group of friends. Most unique combination that we have had so far!
For a rare tapas setting that you can find along Little India, Morsels is worth to try. With the fusion kind of food, Morsels was a new experience to me. But everyone enjoyed it although it is outside from something that we usually have in the family. But with their good service, it just added better experience of our dinner here.
