There are no cancellation charges for notifications more than 48 hours from the date of the event.
In the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours before, there will be a cancellation fee of $250nett per pax for a la carte menus and for set menu options, cancellation fee will be 50% of the confirmed number of pax inclusive of taxes.
In the event of a cancellation less than 3 hours before, there will be a cancellation fee of $300nett per pax for a la carte menus and for set menu options, cancellation fee will be the full amount on the confirmed number of pax inclusive of taxes.
No reservations are considered confirmed until the “confirmation form” is signed and reverted back to the restaurant. In the event of a reduction in the final number of pax after confirmation, full charge will be levied on the number of persons confirmed and the Management reserves the right to choose an alternative location within the outlet to accommodate your party.
