About the Vendor

The Warehouse Hotel was built in 1895 along the iconic Singapore River as part of the Straits of Malacca trade route. Now, we have transformed into a modern boutique hotel that still proudly retains our rich historical elements. Designed by renowned Singapore hospitality firm The Lo & Behold Group, we take pride in our excellent hospitality service, historically-detailed rooms, and functional amenities.

Successfully marrying heritage and local culture with a modern approach, the 37-room hotel is designed for maximum comfort. Each room boasts of minimalist and luxe interiors, lush beds, quality linens and a spacious bathroom giving you an unforgettable stay.

As tribute to the original builders of the hotel and their entrepreneurial spirit, The Warehouse collaborates with Singaporean entrepreneurs, creators and doers. These include Craft Chocolate by Fossa, Ashley & Co. bath amenities, eco-friendly water by Nordaq Fresh, and Custom woodwork by Plane & Bevel.

During your stay, drop by our elegant Lobby Bar that offers a bespoke cocktail comprising of three representations of the hotel's history- The Spice Trade, Godown Era and The Warehouse Disco. The cocktails, together with a fine selection of spirits, wines, and Asian craft beers, are complemented with well-chosen snacks from our destination restaurant Po. Crafted in partnership with Chef Willin Low, Po is a modern Singapore concept that showcases local classic and elevated Singapore staples.

At the back hall of the lobby lies The Den- a lounge and private event space that can accommodate between 20 and 40 people. With a meeting and dining layout available, our space can play host to company events and intimate gatherings. For bigger parties, The Den and The Lobby can be combined to accommodate a semi-exclusive event of up to 120 guests.

Terms & Conditions:

Minimum spend of S$1500 + taxes per day
Usage of the meeting room from 0800 to 1700hrs per day
Minimum 10 persons for the usage of the private space.
Reservation of the private space for meetings must be made at least a week prior to the event date.
50% deposit required for confirmation.
Minimum spend can include both food from Po and Beverages from the Lobby Bar.

Confirmation for more than 30 persons must be booked at least 14 days prior to the event date.

- 50% deposit required to secure the private space

- An agreement will be issued for acknowledgement to confirm all requirements prior to the event

- No space will be secured until the formal agreement is signed

- Marriott Bonvoy points will not be accorded for meetings/events at the hotel
