About the Vendor

I’m Joel, and photography is my life and my passion. It has brought me to many places and to meet people I would ordinarily have passed by. I have lived and worked in New York for a period of my life and it was photography which brought me there and given me a life experience I am so grateful for.

But what would gives me the most joy of all to me is when I am photographing a wedding. At weddings, we become who we really are as all the walls we carry around with us come down with the roller-coaster of emotions that run through the day. To be able to document the experience, the relationships of family and friends, as well as to be a witness to a couple starting a new phase of their lives, is an incredible feeling.

When a client can look back on those precious moments that were captured and be brought back to those raw emotions, I would feel like I have done something of immense value. Even after years of shooting and many weddings that I have experienced, I still look forward to the next wedding, knowing it will be more exciting than the last, and try to make each one the best I have ever shot.
