Chef Paul is a renowned executive chef with over 30 years of experience in the hotel and F&B Industry. He was influenced by years of extensive training in some of the best kitchens in the world. Despite training with numerous Michelin-grade chefs in French gastronomy, Chef Paul has stuck to his roots, that of a Peranakan Culinary Heritage. In fact, he is the creator of Durian Pengat, a famous icon of Singapore's food culture.
With this invaluable experience that he has amassed over the last 30 years, he has mastered the art of knowing what makes food taste so good. This, coupled with a burning passion which is as bright today as it was 30 years ago, he aims to deliver Asian delights to common households, such that ordinary people can be able to whip up the most delicious local foods.
