The Salon at Eaton Club can fit up to 200 attendees and can also be split into 2 smaller event spaces: The Parlor and The Library. Both venues are equipped with high speed internet, individual PA systems, as well as projectors, screens and microphones. The Library features a center stage and The Parlor features a second stage overlooking Victoria Harbor.

1. All requests for cancellation after the contract has been signed must be received in writing at least 60 days before the commencement date of the event to receive a 90% refund on the initial payment, and 10% of the initial payment will be charged as an administration fee. For cancellation is made 59-31 days prior to the event date, 50% of the initial payment will be refunded. For cancellation made 30-5 days, 100% of the initial payment will be forfeited. For cancellation made 4 days or less, 100% of the entire payment will be forfeited.
2. If reschedule is made within 60 days before the event date, the event can be rescheduled once within 6 months without additional charges unless any costs has already been incurred. Reschedule date is subject to the availability of Eaton House's manpower and event space and must be confirmed 30 days prior to the new event date.
3. In cases of cancellation due to severe weather conditions (i.e. Black Rainstorm Signal, Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is being hoisted), with 12 hours’ prior notice, the event can be rescheduled once within 3 months from the original event date. No charge will be imposed except necessary or incurred costs, if any.
