About the Vendor

Bridges Executive Centre is an innovative luxurious business centre with two locations situated at the CBD of Hong Kong (Central and Admiralty). Bridges provides corporations and individuals with high-grade serviced office, virtual office, co-working space, meeting / conference facilities, HD video conferencing and a full blend of professional advisory services ranging from company formation, accounting, working visa to dedicated secretarial support.

Our conference room rates are as per below:

1. 4 Pax Standard Meeting Room (HK$400 / hr; HK$1,200 / session; HK$2,400 / day), location in both Central and Admiralty.

2. 6 Pax Sea-View Meeting Rooom (HK$600 / hr; HK$1,800 / session; HK$3,600 / day), located in Central.

3. 12 Pax Sea-View Conference Room (HK$800 / hr; HK$2,400 / session; HK$3,600 / day), located in Admiralty.

4. 16 Pax Boardroom (HK$1,200 / hr; HK$3,600 / session; HK$5,500 / day), located in Central.

Terms & Conditions

100% of the room rental, booked equipment, stationery and catering charges will be charged for any cancellation made less than 2 working days prior to the first event date or if you do not show up to use the reserved room.

50% if the room rental, booked equipment, stationery and catering charges will be charged for any cancellation made within less than 2 to 14 working days notice prior to the agreed first date.

25% of the room rental, booked equipment, stationery and catering charges will be charged for any cancellation made upon signing the agreement and subject to minimum 14 days notice period is given prior to the first event date.
