- Carry out actual day procedure according to finalised programme list
- Coordinate between relevant parties on actual day, such as bridal party, family members and vendors
- Take up role as timekeeper throughout the event to minimise overrun
- Assist in cultural ceremonial event, such as tea ceremony
- Accommodation check-in on behalf, if required
- Collection of snacks and/or beverages from external vendors for consumption during cocktail session, if any
- Ensure accurate logistics for banquet setup, such as monitor write-up, number of tables, decoration, etc
- Rehearsal with emcees, sound check run and/or final test pay of video montages
- Setup reception area decoration as discussed prior the event, if required
- Ensure minimal disruption during table-to-table photo-taking session, if required
- Assist in end of event logistics, such as making sure no valuable being left behind
- Gather feedback in regards to banquet on behalf of the couple, if required
- Includes any other responsibilities agreed prior the event.
